ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS.
The services that Forex Groups provides to you are subject to the following Terms of Use ("TOU"). We reserve the right to update the TOU at any time without notice to you. Please read all of the following terms and conditions of Service ("TOS") for Forex Groups web site carefully, before using any of this web site information, investment plans, affiliation plans, and account services collectively ("Service").

RESPONSIBILITIES OF  FOREX GROUPS
We assume full responsibility to all our private investors that we give a 100% guarantee that you will receive full interest (as mentioned in our Investments Plans)  without any risk involved. Also we do not assume responsibility for any delay caused by any payment system that is not within our control. For example, maintenance process at liberty reserve that can sometimes take more than 24 hours.

Forex Groups offers a policy whereby we guarantee 100% that you will not lose your money regardless of the investment plan you choose. There is NO risk involved in any of our investment plans. You will never lose any money at all. This is a responsibility that we assume to all of our customers.

INVESTMENT RULES
Payment methods accepted for investing:  Liberty Reserve, Perfect Money and Bank Wire Transfer. Bank Wire Transfer is available for investments starting at $5000. The Company may add other payment methods and/or digital currencies at any time at its sole discretion.

The Client is provided with a daily interest at variable rate that depends on the size of investment. Interest is paid on the trading days.

The interest can be compounded on a daily basis, partially or wholly. The Client can choose the desired compounding rate. Compounding can be activated and cancelled at any time.

You agree that if you request your money back you will not receive any interest at all.

You can reinvest into any of our plans as many times as you wish, even if you already have a current investment.
No setup fee is required to make an investment to any of our investment plans.

GENERAL TERMS

Forex Groups is available in all countries, to the general public and is open only to the qualified members of Forex Groups. The use of this site is restricted to only our members and to individuals personally invited by them. Every deposit is considered to be a private transaction between Forex Groups and its Member. All the information provided by a member to Forex Groups will only be used privately and is not disclosed to any third parties. Please do not disclose your e-mail and/or password to anyone.

Forex Groups is not responsible or liable for any damages, losses and costs resulting from any violation of the conditions and terms and/or use of our website by a member. You guarantee to Forex Groups that you will not use this site in any illegal way and you agree to respect your local, national and international laws.

The Company reserves the right not to act on instructions provided by the Client if the Company is not satisfied as to their authenticity. The Company reserves the right to contact the Client regarding withdrawal requests or other transactions in order to perform security checks. The Company will not be liable or responsible for the consequences of any delay or any loss arising as a result of being unable to contact the Client to complete the security checks.

The Company shall have the right at any time to amend the Service Agreement. Such amendments shall be notified to the Client by email and in the absence of any written objections shall be deemed to have been accepted after a period of one week has elapsed.

By continuing to remain subscribed to this list, you agree, acknowledge, and accept that all information you receive is unsolicited, private communications of privileged, proprietary, and confidential information for you only and you agree to keep it private, confidential, and protected from any disclosure unless the information is obviously of a public nature.
